Although, WW, LLC covers the shipping costs associated with the delivery of merchandise you purchased on the site, you bear all risks of loss and damage to the merchandise from the time the same has cleared WW, LLC's fulfillment house or the fulfillment houses associated with the brands on our site. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Returned items must not be worn, altered or washed, and must include all tags attached. Although, WW, LLC covers the shipping costs associated with the delivery of merchandise, you are resposible for the shipping cost on returned items.
